BIOGRAPHY OF ADELE
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, known only as Adele (London, 5 May 1988), is a British singer-songwriter. She enjoyed some worldwide success in 2008 with the single Chasing Pavements, contained in the singer’s debut album, 19, and then replicated and surpassed the latter’s success with the 2011 disc 21 and the single Rolling in the Deep. Together with Amy Winehouse and Duffy she is considered one of the exponents of the new generation of white soul.
