BIOGRAPHY OF ANNA FALCHI
Actress and model. Daughter of Benito Falchi, Italian, and Kaarina Palomaki Sisko, Finnish. She began her modeling career at just sixteen. In 1989 she was elected Miss Cinema at the Miss Italy Competition and in the same year she was chosen by Federico Fellini for an advertisement alongside Paolo Villaggio. The film debut dates back to 1992 with Marco Risi’s “Nel continente nero”. The year of success is 1995, when Pippo Baudo chooses it – together with Claudia Koll – to present the 45th Sanremo Festival. A big contribution to his fame also comes from the relationship with Fiorello, at the time the successful conductor of the “Karaoke” show. Since then she has appeared in several television and film productions, has been the testimonial of many advertising campaigns and has posed for some calendars and covers of various magazines. Tired of being just a sex symbol, she decides to seriously engage in acting and in 2000 she made her debut in the theater alongside Gianfranco Jannuzzo, Paola Quattrini, Fabio Testi and Cesare Gelli in “If you have to tell a lie dilla grossa”, the show directed by Enzo Garinei, staged in various Italian theaters. After the break with Fiorello, she was sentimentally linked to the actor Paolo Seganti, to the motorcycling champion Max Biagi and to the director Giulio Base.
