BIOGRAPHY OF CLAUDIO GORA
Director and actor. Father of Andrea, Marina and Claudio Giordana, husband of Marina Berti, he is the son of a hero who died during the First World War. He made his debut as an actor on the big screen in 1939, after graduating in law, with ‘Trapola d’amore’, by Raffaello Matarazzo. Among his most famous films (130 in total) are mentioned ‘Una vita difficile’, ‘Il sorpasso’. ‘The doctor of the health insurance’. He is also appreciated as a director (nine direct films, including ‘Il cielo è rosso’) as well as a theater and television actor (‘The Benvenuti family’). He dies in Rome of a heart attack.
