Cynthia Ellen Nixon, known only as Cynthia Nixon, is born the April 9, 1966 in Manhattan by actress Anne Elizabeth and radio journalist Walter E. Nixon Jr. It was her mother who passed on her passion for the world of entertainment, when at the age of nine little Cynthia took part in the game show To Teel the Truth led by Anne Elizabeth herself.
