BIOGRAPHY OF GABRIELLA FERRI
Singer. Born in Rome in 1942. She made her debut as a cabaret interpreter at the Intra’s Club in Milan in 1963 and the following year she recorded her first record success, “La società dei magnaccioni”. Two years later he was brought to light at the Bagaglino in Rome together with Luisa De Santis, with a repertoire of popular music composed of ‘Romanesque’ songs and stornelli. In 1969 he took part in the Sanremo Festival paired with Stevie Wonder with the song ‘If you, my boy’ (which ranks next to last). In the 1970s he participated in and conducted successful TV shows: “The fair of dreams” “Without a network”, “Teatro 10”, “Tonight … Gabriella Ferri”, “Where is Za Zà”, “The circus voices “,” Mazzabubù “,” Let’s play variety “. After a few years spent in the United States, in 1987 he returned to Italy and recorded the theme song for the television variety “Biberon”.
