BIOGRAPHY OF GIANCARLO GIANNINI

Actor. He studied acting at the Silvio D’Amico Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome and after having appeared in numerous theatrical and television productions, in 1965 he made his debut on the big screen in “Mud on the metropolis” by Gino Mangini. Many other appearances follow but he fails to establish himself until 1970, the year in which he plays “Drama della jealousy – all the details in the news” by Ettore Scola. From his second wife he had two more children. In his spare time he enjoys being an inventor. His is the jacket that Robin Williams wears in the movie “Toys”. With Lina Wertmüller he is the owner of Liberty Films.
