A doctored image of Ted Cruz naked except for a leather harness, warm leather pants, leather gloves and leather boots is here to haunt you while you sleep. The words “Proud Boy” are tattooed on the stomach of the anti-Gay lawmaker and in his hands is a leather whip.
The giant wall sticker first appeared on the side of a building along St. Mary’s Strip in San Antonio, Texas a few weeks ago. The image is now widely shared on Twitter and TikTok.
Just to be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing leather or being in BDSM. It’s clear to us that whoever is responsible for this image is ironic because Cruz is one of the most conservative members of Congress.
He opposes pride parades, marriage equality and neutral bathrooms. He also doesn’t believe LGBTQ people should be included in protections against discrimination, and he has previously advocated for a ban on sex toys, saying adults have no legal right to use them.
Oh, then there was the time he put to shame an adult film artist his own campaign hired for being in an attack commercial against Senator Marco Rubio. (Cruz later claimed that he was unaware of the woman’s “colorful cinema history” and said he would never have hired her if he knew.)

In other Cruz news, he recently gave a press conference alongside anti-gay Senators Marsha Blackburn and Lindsey Graham in which he denounced Democrats for trying to fill the courts.

Cruz seems to have forgotten how the Republicans invented a new rule that new SCOTUS judges could not be confirmed in the last year of a president’s term after the death of Antonin Scalia, then ignored their own rule to ram Amy Coney Barrett two weeks before the 2020. election. Or how they filibustered all of Obama’s judicial candidates, then bombarded the judicial filibuster once Trump was elected to get Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation and confrontation with dozens of justices. call.
Senator Ed Markey is currently pushing for the expansion of high courts, hoping to increase the number of SCOTUS judges from 9 to 13.

The idea of expanding the Supreme Court became a celebrated liberal cause after Republicans confirmed three Supreme Court justices during the tenure of former President Donald Trump. Markey’s proposal, presented with representatives Jerry Nadler (DN.Y.), Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) And Mondaire Jones (DN.Y.), would increase the number of judges to 13 from 9. The number of judges Supreme Court judges have changed seven times in US history, ranging from five to ten, but have remained nine since the end of the 19th century.
