Given his current legal and financial woes, you’d think someone like Rudy Giuliani could spend their time keeping a low profile while trying to figure out how to avoid spending the rest of their life in jail.
Instead, the former New York mayor is on Twitter ranting about how President Biden’s brain function is preventing him from performing his presidential duties.

At 6:52 a.m. yesterday, Giuliani attacked Biden on Twitter for his “daily displays of worsening cognitive impairment” amid the Taliban’s rapid takeover of Afghanistan.
“The disaster in Afghanistan makes Biden’s inability to make the right foreign policy decisions no longer a joke,” the 76-year-old tweeted. “Combined with almost daily manifestations of worsening cognitive impairment, this national security problem can no longer be covered up. “

Giuliani is said to be broke after being trapped in several lawsuits and a federal investigation into his alleged illegal relations with Ukraine. To cover the cost of his legal editing fees, he started selling personalized video greetings on Cameo.

Last week, a federal judge ruled that a billion-dollar libel lawsuit filed against Giuliani by Dominion Voting Systems could proceed after Giuliani, whose lawyer’s license was suspended in June, tried unsuccessfully to dismiss the case.
