BIOGRAPHY OF JAMES BELUSHI
Jim Belushi (full name James Adam Belushi), was born in Chicago, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, the June 15, 1954 by a couple of Albanian immigrants who settled in the United States in the 1930s: Agnes Demetri Samaras and Adam Anastos Belushi, restaurateur since the 1940s. proud of their origins, James was awarded the prestigious Albanian honor in 2008 “Honor of the Nation” and in 2009 he finally obtained the citizenship of the same country.
Brother of the well-known John Belushi, tragically passed away from an overdose at the age of 33, James embarks on an acting career thanks to a high school teacher, who appreciated his great skill ingag, enough to push him to register with one acting school. Throughout his career he never leaves the television, where it becomes very famous thanks to the well-known series Life according to Jim (2001-2009) by Tracy Newman and Jonathan Stark, in which he plays the role of typical American husband a little peasant but very loving, acting together with Courtney Thorne-Smith in the role of his beloved wife.
