BIOGRAPHY OF MASSIMO FRANCIOSA
Writer, screenwriter and director. Among other things, he writes the screenplay for ‘Poveri ma belli’ and receives an Oscar nomination as the screenwriter of ‘The four days of Naples’ written jointly with Nanny Loy, Carlo Bernardi, Pasquale Festa Campanile and Vasco Pratolini. Graduated in law, he collaborates with several newspapers. Also published numerous novels. In the cinema he made his debut with the subject and the screenplay of ‘Gli Innamorati’, with Pasquale Festa Campanile Later he directed some comic-sentimental films such as ‘Il morbidone’ (1966), ‘Pronto, there is a certain Giuliana for you’ (1967 ), ‘That Clear October Night’ (1974). For TV he is the screenwriter of ‘Il gattopardo 2’. He dies of a heart attack.
