Megyn Kelly thinks rioters ‘defecating on US Capitol floor’ wasn’t that bad

It just happened: Morning show host Megyn Kelly said the Jan.6 attack on the United States Capitol was not as bad as everyone is saying and the media mainstream audience made it look a lot worse than it actually was and that everyone needs it like, calm down and get over it already.

“A faction has turned,” Kelly said on a recent episode of her podcast. “But there is no doubt that the media portrayed this as much worse than it actually was.”

Five people have died in connection with the insurgency, including a Capitol police officer. One of the rioters, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran named Ashli Babbitt, was shot and killed when she tried to break into the President’s Gallery just off the ground in the House. She has since been turned into a martyr by many on the right.

Kelly continued, “We’ve all seen the video of people like, yelling in cops faces, being totally disparaging and defecating on the US Capitol floor, and lawmakers were understandably scared, not like. [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saying] “I need therapy for the rest of my life,” I was afraid, but I could understand it and I didn’t like to see it at all. “

Just to be clear, five dead, law enforcement officers abused, shit and piss everywhere, terrified lawmakers (including the Vice President of the United States), theft and destruction historical artifacts and extensive property damage isn’t just a big deal for the former Fox News “it girl”.

Kelly went on to say that most of the insurgents were good, honest, decent people who are now unfairly lumped together with a few bad apples.

“They have been tarnished by the actions of some losers who have taken a different path,” she said. “And then the media did what they do, which is that any bad behavior is blamed on the whole group of Trump supporters.”

Later in the episode, Kelly claimed that the mainstream media “tied the political rhetoric” of Donald Trump to “what we saw that day,” which she doesn’t think is correct.

“It was not an insurgency,” she insisted. “This was not the case.”

Obviously, she didn’t hear that big part of Trump’s speech on January 6 when he told his supporters to ‘fight like hell’ and then ordered them to go to the United States Capitol. where lawmakers certified the results of the 2020 election.

Here’s what Folx says on Twitter about Kelly’s absolutely insane claims …

Regarding the Capitol riots, Megyn Kelly said that “the media presented it as much worse than it actually was.” Showing video footage of police officers being attacked and killed

Megyn Kelly remembers most of us watching it LIVE on TV.

Imagine Megyn Kelly was on Capitol Hill on January 6. She would have barricaded the doors of the Senate floor with the sleigh of white Santa Claus.

Megyn Kelly also said that Jesus and Santa Claus were white.

Megyn Kelly says 1/6 has been exaggerated by the media. Of course, she would say the same if the mob managed to hang Pelosi and Pence – “that’s only half of the lives lost in Benghazi”.

How can Megyn Kelly say the media portrayed the January 6 riots worse than they were when we all saw what was going on with our own eyes?

Megyn Kelly needs a big drink of shut up.

Megyn Kelly illustrates how you can remove the girl from Fox News, but you cannot remove Fox News from the girl.

If anyone knows anything about portraying something “worse than it actually was”… it would be Megyn Kelly!

Of course, this isn’t the first time she’s tried to revise the story. Just last week, Kelly tried to say she quit NBC because it just wasn’t “intellectually stimulating” enough for her, which, of course, is completely wrong.

Kelly did not leave NBC of her own accord. The network terminated her contract after she made racist remarks about blackface, then issued a half-silly apology.
