Machine Gun Kelly hilariously received Mike Wazowski from the New York Post, according to a TikTok user.
One of the latest covers of the New York Post features a blurry image of MGK with his face completely covered in text, while – on the same cover – his girlfriend, actress Megan Fox, is not covered or cut the less in the world.
The couple’s original photo on the cover of the newspaper was taken on the red carpet of the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, which Fox accompanied MGK last weekend (May 23). The musician was honored at the ceremony with two victories: Top Rock Artist and Top Rock Album for Tickets to My Downfall. Fox was her date at the event – but it looks like her dress stole all the limelight.

The viral TikTok video compares the New York Post cover to the 2001 Disney and Pixar animated film, which features numerous occasions in which the face of the perfectly oblivious one-eyed green monster is inadvertently covered (often due to its small size. ) on everything from an ID barcode to a magazine sticker, while his best friend Sully is always perfectly in focus, front and center. (It appears Fox is the Sully in his relationship with MGK.)
Disney ran with the “I can’t believe it .. I’m on the cover of a magazine!” joke since the release of Monsters, Inc. twenty years ago. First, they played it on the DVD release in 2002, with a coupon sticker perfectly centered on Mike’s face.
