Miles Teller was allegedly assaulted while on vacation.
On Friday, May 28, TMZ reported that the Divergent star was injured while on vacation in Hawaii. Local law enforcement has confirmed that an assault took place Wednesday, May 26, at the Monkeywood Kitchen in Maui. No arrests have been made but the police are still investigating.
Sources told the outlet that Miles and his wife, Keleigh, were having dinner at the local restaurant when the altercation took place. Miles reportedly went to the bathroom when a man, his former wedding planner, punched him in the face. The men got into a fight outside the washroom and Miles reportedly screamed that he was going to press charges against him.
Witnesses said the couple left the facility and neither party appears to have sustained serious injuries. The wedding planner claimed Miles did not pay him $ 60,000 for his services during his wedding in Maui in 2019.
Keleigh shared photos from their recent vacation on her Instagram account. Former Miles co-star Shailene Woodley and fiance Aaron Rodgers have vacationed with the couple. The four friends explored waterfalls, hiked, visited local sites, and even tried karaoke.
Instagram account Aloha.Akoni posted a video of the couples in a bar, dancing slowly to “Stand By Me.” Aaron then played guitar while his friends sang “Wagon Wheel” by Darius Rucker and “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.
