Stephen Ross is a US based real estate developer basically known for being the Chairman and the majority owner of The Related Companies. It is a worldwide firm for real estate development, founded by Ross in 1972. Some of the most popular projects developed by him include the Time Warner Center and the Hudson Yards Redevelopment. He is also the majority owner of Hard Rock Stadium and the Miami Dolphins.
