Sean Combs started his humble beginnings as an intern for Uptown Records. After getting fired from the job, he established his own record company, Bad Boys Records in 1993. He ventured out with late rapper, The Notorious B.I.G.
He signed up artists such as Faith Evans, 112, and Total. Also at the same time, he produced some of the notable songs for TLC’s “CrazySexyCool” album which became an instant hit.
Sean Combs is known in the music industry as Puff Daddy. He began his career as a rapper in his first album, “No Way Out” and released his first single, “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” in 1997. The said album earned Combs five Grammy nominations for which he won Best Rap Album in 1998.
