Loren and Alexei Brovarnik just welcomed their second child into the world, and the couple couldn’t be happier!
In an Instagram update announcing the birth, Loren told fans that unfortunately the baby is currently in the NICU.
Now Loren gives another heartbreaking update.

“Truly a grateful Thursday !!” Loren recently shared on Instagram. “Babyboten has arrived, much earlier than expected! Due to certain circumstances, he is in the NICU, but is recovering well. We can’t wait to bring him home and start this next chapter as a family of 4! “
The couple then opened up to Us Weekly about the birth of their second child.
“Wow! And just like that, we’re a family of four! It’s so surreal! Alexei and Loren said on the way out.” We’re so excited to bring Babyboten home and to see Shai being the best big brother! Babyboten wanted to come to this world sooner than expected and on his own terms.
They later explained why he was in the NICU and what was going on.
“It was a cesarean baby, weighing 5 pounds, 7 ounces and [measuring] 19 inches tall. We are so excited for this new chapter as a family of four, ”said the Us.
Loren made another heartbreaking update when she shared how moving it made her to see her fans reaching out with heartfelt messages.
But now she’s sharing another tearful update on Instagram.
“The most asked question I get today is ‘how are you.’ And I would be lying if I said I was okay, ”Loren shared on Instagram.
“I put on such a strong forehead because I have to, but it’s reality,” Loren continued tearfully. “Postpartum depression is a very real thing. Not knowing when your baby is coming home from the NICU is a very real thing. And I don’t share that for any sympathy or anything; I’m sharing my real self right now because there are so many other people going through it. You just don’t know who the person next to you is and what they’re dealing with. “
Loren had some advice for his followers.
