BIOGRAPHY OF ORLANDO BLOOM
Orlando Bloom was born in Canterbury, January 13, 1977. His father died when he was just four years old, he was adopted by Colin Stone, a close friend of the family. His mother, Sonia Constance Josephine encourages both him and his older sister to study the arts and participate in the Kent Festival. He enrolled at St. Edmunds School in Canterbury, moved to London in 1993 and entered the National Youth Theater, obtaining a scholarship to attend the British American Drama Academy. His artistic career begins with some television roles, while the film debut takes place in 1997 in the biopic on Oscar Wilde, Wilde with Jude Law. For Orlando comes the turning point in 2001 joining the cast of Il Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring of Peter Jackson, which will be followed by two chapters, The two Towers is The Return of the King.
