Jeffrey Scott Buckley (Anaheim, November 17, 1966 – Memphis, May 29, 1997) was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. Son of singer-songwriter Tim Buckley, Jeff collected in life the greatest slice of fame in France and Australia and then, after his death by drowning on May 29, 1997, all over the world, so much so that his works remained famous over time and appear regularly in the rankings of trade magazines.
