At the same time, he pursued a surprising career on the small screen that saw him participate, between the fifties and the seventies, in numerous successful series of those years including: “Fireside Theater” (1950-1951), “Hallmark Hall of Fame” ( 1953), “Studio 57” (1955), “The Street Patrol” (1955), “Alfred Hitchcock Presents” (1956), “Big Town” (1956), “Lucy and I” (1957), “Telephone Time “(1957),” Panic! “(1957),” Colt .45 “(1958),” Trackdown “(1958),” Sea Hunt “(1958) and” Caravans to the West “(1959),” At the Borders of reality “(1959-1963),” Perry Mason “(1959-1966),” Lassie “(1960-1963),” Rawhide “,” Outlaws “and” Maverick “(all from 1961),” The untouchables “( 1962-1963), “The fugitive” (1963-1967), “The virginian” (1964), “The great valley” (1965), FBI (1966-1971), “The Invaders”, “Wild West” and ” Get Smart – A laughing detective “(all from 1967).
