BIOGRAPHY OF FRANCO FABRIZI
Actor. Known for playing the heartthrob in Federico Fellini’s ‘Vitelloni’, he was one of the first Italian models to walk the catwalks of high fashion. A career interpreter of over 150 films – including ‘Mariti in città’ by Luigi Comencini, ‘People of respect’ by Luigi Zampa and ‘Una scandalo perbene’, by Pasquale Festa Campanile – he landed in the cinema in the early 1950s ( more precisely in 1952 in ‘Carica Eroica’, by Francesco De Roberti) and became famous thanks to the successful partnership with Federico Fellini. Unrepentant bachelor, he loved to remember having lived a brilliant life, with luxury cars and women. He dies of bowel cancer.
