Caitlyn Jenner is currently on a bus tour of California, but things aren’t going so well for the 71-year-old reality TV personality / gubernatorial candidate.
So far, Jenner has stopped in wealthy resort towns like Palm Spring and La Quinta, as well as Orange County, Venice Beach and San Diego, where she has met a small non-essential luxury jeweler who specializes in in diamond and colored gemstone engagement rings has been forced to close during the pandemic.

At each stop, Jenner, who recently returned from a month-long trip to Australia where she filmed a reality show, hosted press events and posed for photo ops.
Yesterday, she posted a photo of herself inside a bar in San Bernardino, without a mask, and holding a baby less than a foot from her face, with the caption: “I love meeting people. this side ! Look at this little guy.
Of course, it’s hard to see the kid with his back to the camera. But, more importantly, given the alarming rise in coronavirus cases in children, she really should wear a mask.

Days before that, Jenner traveled to the South San Diego Border Wall, where she churned out platitudes about border control and shared plans for how she would handle the situation if elected governor. (Spoiler: she doesn’t have a plan!)
“We don’t have a state, we don’t have a country unless we have a secure border,” Jenner said. ” At the end of the line. That’s it.”
Then she posted a cellphone video showing Donald Trump’s unfinished wall, with the caption: “At the border now and people are entering illegally!” As governor, I will finish the wall with public funds! @GavinNewsom has not allowed us to let illegal immigration run rampant in our state. “
If you watch the video very, very carefully, you can see a few people walking in the distance. It was later reported that they were four Brazilian migrants, three men and a woman, who had passed through the scorching heat of the Tijuana Desert.
A border patrol spokesperson has since confirmed that the four migrants surrendered to union officials and were taken into custody by duty officers.

Since her candidacy was announced, there has been renewed interest in a fatal car crash caused by Jenner shortly after announcing her gender transition in 2015.
Jenner was driving her Cadillac Escalade on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when she hit a car driven by a woman named Kim Howe. Howe’s car pushed her into oncoming traffic, where she was struck by a Hummer. She died instantly.
The Hummer was driven by a mother and father, their two children, one of whom was only a month old, and the children’s grandmother. The family suffered serious injuries. Jenner also collided with another vehicle, injuring the driver, Jessica Steindorff.
She called it a “terrible accident” and moved in with Howe and Steindorff’s family for an undisclosed amount. She paid the family $ 800,000 in the Hummer.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office considered charging him with car manslaughter, but ultimately decided not to prosecute the case, against the recommendation of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Jenner rarely talks about the tragedy, but Folx on Twitter once again wonders why she never suffered consequences for her murderous actions …

Earlier this month, it was reported that Jenner’s campaign was in debt over $ 150,000 after spending more than $ 910,000 on sushi dinners and limousines, among other expenses.
