“She’s much less likely to stick around than Allen Weisselberg,” the bestselling author explained, referring to the Trump Organization CFO who has just been charged with 15 counts of evading nearly 2 millions of dollars in taxes over 15 years.
“Allen had a pretty cushy gig where he was. And I kind of think, in the grand scheme of things, as counterintuitive as it sounds, I think Ivanka has one, more to lose and, two, more to hang on to. Her husband’s family is legitimately very wealthy.
Ivanka’s husband Jared is reportedly worth around $ 800 million, mostly due to his family’s shady real estate business. During that time, she is reportedly worth around $ 300 million, bringing their total couple net worth to just over $ 1 billion.
According to Mary, protecting that billion dollars is more important to Ivanka than protecting her own father.
