BIOGRAPHY OF ANDREA BOSCA
Actor. After graduating from the acting school of the Teatro Stabile in Turin, he attended some advanced courses before making his stage debut in 1998 with ‘Love forever’, a tribute to Giovanni Testori. After some theatrical experiences, in 2004 he approaches the small screen interpreting the Rai Uno miniseries ‘Don Bosco’ by Lodovico Gasparini and the TV series ‘Cuore contro cuore’ by Riccardo Mosca, broadcast on Canale 5. Two years later he obtains the role of Guido Albinati in the television series ‘Raccontami’ by Riccardo Donna and Tiziana Aristarco, which portrays the Ferrucci family against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving Italy. The series is successful and his character also reaches the hearts of the public, so two years later he is Guido again in the second series. In 2007 he is alongside Antonia Liskova in the fiction ‘Zodiaco’ directed by Eros Puglielli. In the same year he made his film debut in Luca Lucini’s ‘Love, lies & soccer – the ABC of modern life’, a choral comedy in which he plays Claudio Bisio’s son and plays ‘Altromondo’, a controversial docu-fiction by Fabiomassimo Lozzi. In 2008 he was again next to Bisio in Giulio Manfredonia’s ‘It can be done’, a film about Cooperatives 180, born thanks to the Basaglia Law after the closure of psychiatric hospitals, presented out of competition at the Rome International Film Festival. The film achieved public and critical success and the entire cast was awarded a special mention by the LARA association On the wave of the interest aroused by its characters, in 2009 it was in two episodes of the collective film ‘Feisbum – The film’, inspired by the social network Facebook and the following year is the protagonist of ‘Hay fever’ by Laura Luchetti. In the same year he was part of the cast of ‘Noi credevi’ by Mario Martone, a blockbuster on the Unification of Italy presented in competition at the 67th Venice Film Festival and of ‘Gli sfiorati’ by Matteo Rovere, based on the novel by Sandro Veronesi .
