BIOGRAPHY OF EDMOND BUDINA

Actor and director. He was one of the greatest exponents of the Albanian art scene, he staged the most transgressive shows and was one of the points of reference for the student revolt under the communist regime. Former deputy director of the Academy of Dramatic Art in Tirana, after the reopening of the Albanian borders, with his wife’s family – his mother-in-law is Italian – in 1991 he moved to Italy where, despite the promises made by the Italian government on the basis of the operation CORA, works as an assembler of hydraulic turbines in a factory in Bassano del Grappa.
