On Tuesday Curtis Stagger, 21, was fired and also eliminated after being misinterpreted by authorities for his sibling. Stagger was being in a cars and truck in the driveway of his uncle’s house as Chicago PD’s fugitive worry device attempted to implement an apprehension warrant around 1: 45 p.m.
