If you’re a regular Queerty reader, you know we’re not fans of John McCain’s daughter. It is poisonous and awful. But every now and then she surprises us by saying something not so terrible. Like this morning on The View when she denounced the “MAGA sausage fest” for her obsession with “Cheeto Jesus”.
Meghan McCain was talking about the equally toxic Liz Cheney, who is currently persona non grata among her fellow Republicans for having the sapling to say that the 2020 election was not stolen from Donald Trump and to tell people to stop pushing “THE BIG LIE”.
The 2020 presidential election was not stolen. Anyone who claims this is the case is spreading THE BIG LIE, turning their backs on the rule of law and poisoning our democratic system.

But she didn’t stop there.
“I don’t understand,” McCain continued. “This is the most absurd politics that I have seen in a long, long time in a cacophony of stupid politics.
She went on to say that if Cheney was ousted from her leadership position in the GOP, the party would continue to bleed college-educated white women, which is the voting bloc that cost them the presidency as well as four seats. to the Senate in 2020.
“Go to this MAGA sausage party on Capitol Hill,” she said. “Take her out and put on another woman who will do whatever you want for President Trump. “The election was not stolen”, “He is Jesus”, “Only Trumpism is moving forward. See where that takes us halfway through. I am absolutely furious.
