It has been a tough 24 hours for Ivanka Trump.
The former first daughter hasn’t stopped trending on Twitter after CNN released an explosive report claiming she started to “distance herself” from her father because she was afraid of going to jail and wants a “less complicated life for his family”.

According to 12 former Trump White House officials, family friends, acquaintances and other members of Trump’s klan, Ivanka is fed up with her father’s constant complaints about how the 2020 election has been to her. “Stolen”, how he should be “reinstated” as president in August, and other nonsense. So she breaks up with him.

Since the report came out, people keep talking about it. Most seem to agree that while she doesn’t want anything to do with her father, no one will ever forget the role Ivanka played in her toxic administration. History will always consider her as an accomplice and a facilitator.

Oh, and speaking of this whole Trump Organization investigation, ABC reports:
A special grand jury composed by [Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance Jr.’s] The office has already called several witnesses to testify as it examines whether criminal charges are justified against the former president, his company or one of his employees, sources told ABC News.
Sources close to the investigation said Vance would have to decide how to move the case forward before his tenure ended in January, which would likely leave it to his successor to carry the prosecution through to trial.
Among the Trump Organization employees Vance’s office is reportedly investigating include CFO Allen Weisselberg, COO Matthew Calamari and Calamari’s son Matthew Calamari Jr., who works as chief security officer. In addition, of course, to Donald, Eric and Ivanka.
