Michael Cohen made a very bold statement yesterday on Twitter when he said he believes Jared Kushner has already turned on his stepfather and may be working with investigators secretly.
“Interesting how Jared Kushner’s name (#SecretaryOfEverything) seems to be missing from all the controversy, charges and arrests,” he tweeted. “Is he next to fall or a cooperating witness?” Knowing what a snake he is, I bet the latter!
Cohen’s tweet referred to a 2017 CNN report in which Kushner was declared “secretary of everything” since Trump had handed him virtually everything.
Of course, this is all speculation from the Twitter page of one of Trump’s biggest enemies. But at the same time, it doesn’t seem completely out of the realm of possibility.
Last month, several media outlets reported that Ivanka Trump had “moved away” from her father and reduced family visits. During this time, Jared has become an “increasingly rare” presence in his life.
Cohen’s prediction also matches claims made by Mary Trump, who told Rachel Maddow earlier this month that she expected Ivanka to end up turning on her father.
“His relationship with them, and their relationship with him, is entirely transactional and conditional,” she said. “They’re not going to risk anything for him, just like he wouldn’t risk anything for them.”

In a follow-up interview with Molly Jong-Fast on The New Abnormal podcast, Mary said she believes Ivanka has too much to lose by staying true to her father.
“I think Ivanka has one, more to lose and, two, more to hang on,” she said. “Her husband’s family is legitimately very rich.
Jared is said to be worth around $ 800 million, mostly due to his family’s shady real estate business. Meanwhile, Ivanka is reportedly worth around $ 300 million, bringing her total couple net worth to just over $ 1 billion.
