BIOGRAPHY OF JORDANA BREWSTER
Jordana Brewster was born in 1980 in Panama City, from a model mother (who posed in 1978 for Sports Illustrated) and a banker father. Shortly after his birth, he lived in London for six years, then moved with his mother to Rio de Janeiro, where in four years he also learned Portuguese. At 10, he moved to the United States, where he studied and graduated from Yale in English literature.
Already at fifteen, however, she made herself known as an actress in the soap This is how the world goes around, where she played Nikki from 1995 to 2001, reaffirming herself to the general public while hitting some of her first major film interpretations. One is in teen horror The Faculty (1998) of Robert Rodriguez, the other, considerably more important, is in Fast and Furious (2001): the part of My Toretto, supersexy but fearful sister of Dominic aka Vin Diesel, in love with the Brian / Paul Walker undercover, he will make his fortune like that of the entire cast.
Jordana does not repeat the success of the film with two other commitments, Annapolis (2006, alongside James Franco) is Don’t open that door: the beginning (2006), a disputed prequel to the classic Tobe Hooper. On the set of this film, at least, he meets the producer Andrew Form, whom she will marry in 2007. When the four-wheel saga on the fourth lap reconciles with the original cast, Jordana will return Mia Toretto in the frenzied sequence composed Fast and Furious: original parts only (2009), Fast and Furious 5 (2011), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and Fast and Furious 7 (2015), between forgotten intermediate commitments such as the thriller American Heist (2014) with Hayden Christensen is Adrien Brody.
