BIOGRAPHY OF MANRICO GAMMAROTA
Actor. He started acting in 1978 and has a long experience as a mime, comedian and actor of Commedia dell’Arte. Together with others, he founded the ‘Gioco Teatro’ company with which he brought various shows around Italy until 1986. Also for the theater, he wrote “La via vegetate”, “Don’t come eaten” and “We will let you know” which he also directed. He made his film debut in the early 90s and since then he has participated in numerous films including “Libera” (1993) by Pappi Corsicato, “The sky is always bluer” (1995) by Aurelio Grimaldi, “La capagira” (1999) ) by Alessandro Piva, “A soul divided in two” (1993), “The Acrobates” (1997) and “Pane e tulipani” (1999) by Silvio Soldini. He has also worked for the small screen in some fiction including “L’inspettore” by Paolo Fondato, “Linda e il brigadiere” by Alberto Simone, “L’avvocato Porta” by Franco Giraldi and “Distretto di police 2” by Antonella Grimaldi .
