What prompted Snooki to return to the Jersey Shore franchise after swearing it before?
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi returns to Jersey Shore: Family Vacation on June 17th. The second half of the season will feature the reality TV clan exploring the Poconos in Pennsylvania.
“Super excited to be back with my roommates,” Snooki wrote on her social media accounts. “I really missed everyone and the show. I don’t regret leaving because I really needed a break for my soul and just to be a mom. But coming back showed me to how much I love this show and my best friends. I appreciate all your support and understanding. Mawma needed a break, but now Mawma is back to bring the party for you and all the good vibes. “
A trailer for the second half of the season showed Snooki coming out of a fake cake with two bottles of champagne.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the party is here,” exclaimed Mike. “The situation” Sorrentino.

So why did Snooki leave Jersey Shore in the first place? On her podcast, “It’s Happening With Snooki & Joey”, the reality TV star revealed that the series is becoming a “nightmare.” She announced her official retirement in December 2019.
She shared that she was not a fan of the drama or the show’s cut which described her as a bad person. Snooki also revealed that his three young children had received death threats. She told her fans that one of the main reasons she left the show was to have the chance to spend more time with them as they get older.
