BIOGRAPHY OF LINEN GUANCIALE

Linen Pillow is born the May 21, 1979 in Avezzano, but moved to Rome to study Literature and Philosophy at the La Sapienza University. During his adolescence he devoted himself to a sporting career with the national under 16 and under 19 rugby team, before finally moving towards the world of cinema, enrolling at the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome, where he graduated in 2003. While working as a teacher in high schools and scientific-theatrical popularizer in universities, he carries out his first acting experiences on the stage, where he is also directed by personalities of a certain level, such as Luca Ronconi, Gigi Proietti, although that of Claudio Longhi is the most common name among Guanciale’s theatrical conductors. The film debut comes in 2009 with I, Don Giovanni of the Spanish Carlos Saura, in which he plays a young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart intent on composing Il Dissoluto punito or Don Giovanni. In the same year he is also in the cast of The first line (2009), historical film based on the book “Short fuse” by Sergio Sergio with Riccardo Scamarcio is Giovanna Mezzogiorno in the role of the protagonist.
