Does Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson have a secret twin?
Fans have discovered his doppelganger who looks amazingly like the wrestler turned actor. The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office shared a photo of Patrol Lt. Eric Fields that quickly went viral on Facebook and TikTok for his resemblance to the Jungle Cruise star.
The comments section was filled with puzzlement and puns. One person suggested his name is “Dwayne ‘The Cop’ Johnson” while another asked if he could take his shirt off to check out Johnson’s famous tattoos.
In an interview with Good Day Alabama, Fields explained that he had worked in the department for seventeen years and had already been compared to The Rock and would “follow.”
In addition to the internet poking fun at Fields, the local town has also taken on its own fame. People have even asked to meet him.
“This gentleman recently met Sergeant Mason and informed him that he wanted to meet our deputy who people say looks like ‘The Rock’,” the police department shared on Instagram alongside a photo of Fields with a worker. “Sergeant Mason passed this on and Lieutenant Fields was happy to stop by Hartselle Walmart to see him. Tyler is one of their many hard workers and it was great to meet him and some of his colleagues!”
The Rock isn’t the only WWE legend who looks alike. The internet nicknamed a man “Black John Cena”. It all started when 24-year-old Brendan Cobbina shared a photo of himself on social media. He tweeted the snapshot on his @iamcobina Twitter account and users were shocked at how much he looks like Cena, with muscles included because Cobbina is a bodybuilder.
