Calling anyone who ever wanted to see a gay James Bond, a Charlie’s Angels drag squad, a Mission: Impossible lesbian, or anyone on the LGBTQ spectrum do the secret agent thing: Netflix has made your wish come true. The first trailer for Q-Force, the animated comedy about a queer secret agent task force, has finally arrived.

Q-Force follows the story of Steve Maryweather (Sean Hayes), a rising star of the fictional American Intelligence Agency. Once on the verge of becoming the country’s top secret agent, he found himself relegated to West Hollywood when his superiors learned he was gay. Fast forward ten years, and Steve has built his own team of all-gay talent, including inventor Deb (Wanda Sykes), drag master and disguise Twink (Matt Rogers) and lesbian goth hacker Stat (Patti Harrison). When the mysterious AIA V boss (Laurie Metcalf) calls the team on a secret mission, the “Q-Force” is ecstatic … Gary Cole and series creator Gabe Liedman are also on the bill.

Plus, while the show is told through animation, that doesn’t mean it’s not quite an adult – discerning eyes can spot very correct anatomy on nude figures.

Take a look at the trailer and see for yourself. Q-Force hits Netflix on September 2.
