Who is Britney Spears’ potential new curator?

Britney Spears’ legal team is said to have someone in mind to replace Jamie Spears as Britney’s new curator.

According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, Jason Rubin is the choice of Britney’s new legal team to manage his major life decisions related to finance, health and work.

The new curator is said to be in charge of her estate which consists of $ 2.7 million in liquid assets and $ 56.3 million in investments and real estate.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he is currently President and Co-Founder of Certified Strategies, Inc. and has been an accountant since 1993.

Last year, a court rejected Jason’s request to become his mother Ida Rubin’s guardian. At the time, her trust was in dispute and her brother, Mark Rubin, and Ida herself opposed her claim. Jason alleged his mother was struggling with declining mental health and paranoid schizophrenia. Ida told the court that she was “skilled enough to handle [her] own medical and financial affairs.

Jason provided evidence which included Las Vegas Police Department logs and incident reports which apparently showed that she had asked officers to perform “insane acts” with a medical certificate. Almost a year later, a judge dismissed Jason’s petition because the doctor did not assess Ida herself, only her files.

“In fact, the police call logs indicate that Ida is’ ok but delusional ‘and that she is’ able to take care of her. [her] self and [that her] the house was clean, ”said the judge. Jason reportedly filed an appeal but the decision was upheld. The judge agreed to let Jason file the petition again if Ida herself was assessed and if they got a medical certificate. He would never have passed on.
