Hilary Duff had a pretty epic hair dye accident.
On Wednesday (July 21), former Lizzie McGuire shared a series of Instagram stories explaining how she managed to accidentally turn her hair green.
“So, I just took a bath and put a conditioner on my hair that we thought was to remove the brassy, like purple. [conditioner]she began. “It turns out he stuck from the days when my hair was green. And now I’m back to my green hair. “
Her younger co-star, Molly Bernard, commented in the background that it is now “perfect green blonde hair”.
“It’s not perfect, let’s be honest. I swim with my kids every day. But now it’s really green. It took about seven minutes of this hair mask on my hair and it’s green,” she concluded.

Duff previously had different shades of green hair in 2015 and 2020.

More recently, Duff had his hair dyed blue for the birth of his third child, Mae. She gave birth earlier this year and recently shared photos from her home birth that showcased her striking blue locks. Duff currently wears her natural blonde hair.
