BIOGRAPHY OF RUBY ROSE
Already famous at home and not only as a model, VJ for MTV Australia, DJ and TV host, Ruby Rose (who was born on March 20, 1986 in Melbourne with the full name of Ruby Rose Langenheim) began acting in 2008, when she joined the cast of an Australian comedy titled Suite for Fleur.
In 2013, after appearing as the protagonist in a video clip (“Boys Like You” gods 360), is hired for Around the Block, film in which she stars alongside Christina Ricci.
However, it is thanks to a short that went viral, directed, produced and performed by herself, entitled Break Free (still available on YouTube), that Ruby Rose is noted internationally and thus gets the part that launches his career: that of Stella Carlin in the all-female prison TV series Orange is the New Black.
At this point for the ex model with a provocative look made of tattoos and short hair, proudly and openly lesbian and gender fluid (currently linked to the singer Jess Origliasso of the Veronicas, for which he also wrote, directed and performed the video clip for “On Your Side”), the doors of Hollywood open wide. We will soon see her alongside Jason Statham in Meg, the movie about a giant prehistoric shark based on a popular novel by Steve Alten, but also ready to bring out her singing and musical skills again in Pitch Perfect 3.
